Is a deposit required?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required 2 weeks prior to the event. If a contract is not signed
until after the 2 week deadline, a deposit is required as soon as possible.

Can you provide a layout of my show that I can use as a guide?
|

Yes, upon receiving a signed contract, Wisconsin Expo would be happy to provide a
layout of the facility and show needs for the customer to work off of. Once the
layout is approved by the customer, Wisconsin Expo will also provide a copy to
the facility and to the Fire Marshal for approval.

Is a service kit available for exhibitors to order equipment?
|
|

If the show requires exhibitors to order extra equipment such as tables, chairs,
carpet, display panels, or labor, Wisconsin Expo will provide an exhibitor service
kit to all exhibitors approximately one month prior to the event. Exhibitors can
then order extra equipment directly from Wisconsin Expo and have it ready for them
by the time they get to their booth. A show manager can also be on site during set-up
if exhibitors need to order equipment at show site. Equipment availability on show site
orders is based upon remaining show inventory.

Is the staff experienced?

Wisconsin Expo features a very experienced staff. Every staff member has at least
4 years experience in the trade show industry. The upper management members and
top foremen all have over 20 years in the business. This experience from top to
bottom allows us to set up events efficiently and quickly adjust to any unexpected
problems that may arise.

Does Wisconsin Expo produce events outside of southeastern Wisconsin?
|

Wisconsin Expo currently has 2 warehouses located in Hartford and Greendale, which has
allowed us to increase our area of service considerably. Every year Wisconsin Expo does
multiple events in Illinois. We have set up several events in Iowa and Michigan, and
are willing to travel to wherever your show may take you nationally. Wisconsin Expo
has also had the privilege of setting up events in Green Bay, Appleton, Stevens Point,
Lake Geneva, Wisconsin Dells, Madison and many other places throughout the state.

What other services does Wisconsin Expo provide?

Outside of being able to provide for your pipe and drape needs, Wisconsin Expo can also
provide: show labor, layouts, furniture, carpeting, floral, electrical, display panels,
staging, tents, picket fencing, park benches, and more. Don't be afraid to ask. We may
just have what you're looking for
