Advanced Warehouse Shipping: Advanced Warehouse Shipping is available for vendors who would like their show materials sent to our warehouse ahead of time, loaded on our trailers and delivered to your booth during show move-in. Designated warehouse dates, times and addresses are listed in your Exhibitor Service Kit provided by Wisconsin Expo, Inc.
Direct-to-Show: If a vendor is not interested in Advanced Warehouse Shipping, the option to deliver directly to the show site may be available. If this is the case, vendors must either work with Wisconsin Expo, Inc. or bring their materials with them during move-in. Information on Direct-to-Show shipping will be available in your Exhibitor Service Kit provided by Wisconsin Expo, Inc. (please note, shipments are time sensitive).
Outbound Freight: Every outbound shipment requires a Wisconsin Expo, Inc. Bill of Lading. Vendors must arrange for pickup of shipment from third party carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) unless using YRC (Yellow Freight), in which case, Wisconsin Expo, Inc. will make arrangements for shipments. Pickup location address will be listed in Exhibitor Service Kit provided by WI Expo, Inc. Once your shipment is packed, labeled and ready to be picked up, return a completed Bill of Lading to the Wisconsin Expo, Inc. Service Desk located at the show site. Verification of piece count, weight and signature are required prior to shipment departure. If you have multiple shipments or destinations, you will need to complete a Bill of Lading for each shipment/destination. Please note that FedEx and UPS shipments may require their own carrier specific documents in addition to the Wisconsin Expo, Inc. Bill of Lading – these documents will not be provided by Wisconsin Expo, Inc. Shipments without a Bill of Lading turned in will be returned to the Wisconsin Expo, Inc. warehouse at the exhibitor’s expense.
- In the event your designated carrier fails to pick up or refuses to accept your shipment(s), Wisconsin Expo, Inc. reserves the right to re-route your shipment via YRC Freight. Where no disposition is provided, exhibitor materials will be taken to our warehouse and held for shipping instructions from the exhibiting company. Exhibitors will be charged accordingly for this service. NO liability will be assumed by Wisconsin Expo, Inc. because of such re-routing or special handling.
- In the event of freight left behind at a show, if noticed, Wisconsin Expo, Inc. takes freight back to our warehouse and stores. You must then contact a third party carrier for shipment out from our location.
Wisconsin Expo, Inc. will have a Service Desk and representative on-site to assist you with your outbound shipments. Please remember that shipping is not an automatic process and you must complete the required paperwork to ensure the safe and timely return of your materials.
